You have arrived at Winter-home, and the Town Crier has offered to give you a tour of the many sights to be seen.

The mayor and his wife, hosts of the Yule Festivities, are in the centre of the celebration.

You should speak with the mayor about the various events of the festival, for he wishes to greet all who arrive.
