• Step 1. Turn in Medhrod
  Beleglin comments: Once you get the sword you don’t have to stealth anymore and can run back to the start NPC. Watch out though, because the mobs will chase you forever. Luckily you can teleport out of the instance if you quickly complete the quest with the NPC.
