Spent lots of time looking for the treasure, however you must find the rune first at 58.5S 12.2W (sign on a boulder), or the treasure will not appear at 57.8s, 12,0W. I don't remember anything in the quest saying I have to look for a rune first, but that is what you have to do. Some confusion here. Location was Gabilazan. NOT EVEN ONE DROP. I managed to get 134 Well Kept mathoms but still no boots. It seems totally impossible or null and void of these boots.. What is the problem? Is it normal to have kill 40,000 npcs to fullfill a just PART of a quest? which in this case is 'Articles of Fortitude' DO I have to be a paying subscriber to get the DROPS even though I was a free player to get the quest?
